Making smart food choices leading up to a walk down the red carpet can also go a long way towards putting you in a ‘best dressed’ frame of mind.
3. Pamper yourself. Carve out some down-time for yourself. Take a long bath, do a face mask, moisturize. Just be sure to steer clear of trying any new beauty products the day of an event. Go with what you know.
